MOCA and DAC are collaborating to bring two captivating storytelling sessions to the Downtown Art Center. Led by cultural experts Kumu Hula Ainsley Halemanu and Dr. Sam ʻOhukaniʻōhiʻa Gon IIII, these events feature ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi by showcasing the profound power of moʻolelo (storytelling) in preserving and sharing Hawaiian history, values, and traditions.
These free events are open to all and offer an enriching way to connect with Hawaiian culture and language.
