The Windward Artists Guild (WAG) is presenting an exhibition called “Islands of Diversity”, from August 19 – September 12, 2024. Artists were encouraged to explore all interpretations of the concept of diversity including, but not limited to, cultural, environmental, geological, biological, spiritual, and visual, etc. The show will include over 50 artworks in a wide variety of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional media and styles. The Windward Artists Guild is a non-profit, volunteer, member guild, established in 1960 by a group of Windward artists. Now including members from throughout Oahu, WAG supports and promotes the production and appreciation of the visual arts through education, collaboration, workshops, and exhibitions. WAG’s main focus is expanding into the community to make creative opportunities more accessible to artists of all levels.
